The double eccentric butterfly valve is a high-performance shut-off and regulating valve widely used in water supply, drainage, water

treatment and industrial pipeline systems. Its double-offset disc and shaft design reduces friction between the disc and sealing seat

during opening and closing, which lowers operating torque and helps extend the service life of the sealing components.

The valve body is generally manufactured from high-strength ductile iron to provide reliable pressure resistance and structural stability.

The streamlined disc design ensures smooth water flow with low pressure loss, while the resilient sealing structure provides dependable

shut-off performance under long-term operating conditions.

The double eccentric structure allows the sealing surface to separate quickly during opening and contact gradually during closing,

reducing wear and improving sealing reliability. Different sealing materials can be selected according to the working medium, temperature and pressure requirements.

The valve can be equipped with a manual gearbox, pneumatic actuator or electric actuator to meet local operation, remote control and

automated pipeline-system requirements.

It is suitable for both pipeline isolation and flow regulation, making it widely applicable in municipal water systems, water-treatment

plants, pumping stations and industrial pipeline projects.
