Threaded resilient seated gate valve adopts internal thread connection. Its body is made of ductile iron, and the wedge is fully coated with EPDM rubber for soft‑seal zero‑leakage performance. Featuring non‑rising stem resilient seat design, the valve requires low operating torque, delivers reliable sealing performance and good corrosion resistance. It provides full‑bore flow passage with low flow resistance. Easy to assemble and disassemble, it is compatible with galvanized steel pipes and PPR threaded fittings. Widely applied in building water supply & drainage, tap‑water pipelines and HVAC water supply systems for pipeline on‑off control. Two types are available: standard handwheel type and tamper‑proof lockable type.

Threaded Resilient Seated Gate Valve

This is an internally‑threaded resilient seated gate valve. The ductile iron body is coated with epoxy powder both inside and outside for superior anti‑corrosion performance. The wedge is fully vulcanized with EPDM rubber to achieve reliable soft‑seal and zero‑leakage shut‑off.

Adopting non‑rising stem (NRS) resilient seat design, the valve features low operating torque and smooth operation. Its full‑bore passage ensures low flow resistance. With internal thread connection, it is easy for installation and removal, compatible with galvanized steel pipes and PPR threaded fittings.

It is widely used in building water supply & drainage, tap‑water pipelines and HVAC water systems for flow on‑off control. Two configurations are available: standard handwheel type and tamper‑proof lockable type. The lockable version requires a special key for operation, commonly used for meter‑front pipelines for water supply management. Rated for PN16, suitable for cold‑water service.
