Lift check valve

Lift check valve adopts flange connection. Its disc opens and closes by moving up and down along the guide sleeve. It operates automatically by medium pressure and disc self‑weight without external actuation. Optional soft‑seat / metal hard‑seat deliver good sealing performance. It has relatively high flow resistance and shall be preferably installed in horizontal pipelines. Suitable for water supply & drainage, fire‑fighting, steam and oil pipelines to prevent medium backflow. Installation shall follow the flow mark on the valve body.

Lift check valve is a flange‑type automatic non‑return valve. Its disc moves up and down along the internal guide sleeve. Forward medium pressure lifts the disc for flow, while backflow pushes the disc down by self‑weight and reverse pressure to stop backflow without external actuation.

Available with EPDM soft‑seat or metal hard‑seat for different working conditions such as water, steam and oil products. It has relatively higher flow resistance and is preferably installed in horizontal pipelines. Widely used in water supply & drainage, fire‑fighting, steam and oil pipelines to protect pumps and equipment. Install strictly following the flow arrow on the valve body.
