Silent non‑slam check valve is a spring‑loaded automatic non‑return valve with flange connection. It is equipped with stainless steel spring and guided disc assembly inside. Forward medium pressure overcomes spring force to lift the disc for fluid passage. When pump stops and flow decreases, the spring pushes the disc to close in advance. It operates without impact or loud noise, greatly mitigating water
hammer and preventing medium backflow to protect pumps and pipelines.
The valve body is made of ductile iron QT450‑10 with internal and external epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance. The
disc adopts EPDM rubber soft seal to achieve tight shut‑off and zero leakage. Featuring streamlined flow passage, it has low flow
resistance.
It can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipelines with compact size and small space occupation. Widely used at pump outlets in
high‑rise buildings, municipal water supply & drainage, fire protection and circulating water systems, ideal for pump houses with strict
noise requirements. The medium flow direction shall be consistent with the arrow marked on valve body during installation.
