
When the pipeline is initially filled with water, a large volume of air accumulates at the top of the valve chamber. The float drops, opening
the large-diameter air outlet to rapidly vent air from the pipeline and eliminate air blockage for smooth pipeline filling. Once the valve body
is full of water, the float rises to close the large orifice and prevent water leakage.
Sudden pump shutdown or rapid water discharge creates vacuum negative pressure inside the pipeline. The valve automatically opens to admit air, breaking the vacuum and preventing pipeline collapse or deformation caused by negative pressure. It also protects the pipeline
from water hammer damage due to water column separation.
During normal water conveyance, dissolved gas in water continuously precipitates and forms small bubbles that collect at high points.
The built-in micro air release mechanism intermittently discharges these tiny bubbles, continuously removing air pockets inside
the pipeline. This reduces noise and vibration, improves water delivery efficiency, and releases air without water leakage.
