
The flow and pressure regulating valve is a multi-functional hydraulic control valve integrating flow regulation, pressure reduction
& stabilization, and energy dissipation protection. It is widely used in pressurized water pipelines for long-distance water diversion,
municipal water supply, water plants, pumping stations and other projects. Driven by a crank-slider mechanism, the piston moves
axially to change the annular flow area, so as to precisely control the flow rate and downstream pressure. It can be equipped with
manual, electric or hydraulic actuators for local and remote control.
The valve body is made of QT450-10 ductile iron. The flow passage adopts an axisymmetric streamlined shape with built-in
cage-type energy dissipation structure, which suppresses cavitation, reduces vibration and noise under high differential pressure.
The piston features a pressure self-balancing design with low opening/closing torque and low risk of jamming. Seals are made of
EPDM/NBR rubber to achieve zero leakage at full closure, with shut-off capability.
The valve opening has good linearity with flow rate and pressure, offering high regulation accuracy to stabilize downstream conditions and reduce water hammer hazards. Applicable media: clean water, raw water and lightly polluted sewage. Pressure ratings PN10/PN16, sizes DN200~DN2000, medium temperature 0~80℃. It can replace pressure reducing valves, flow regulating valves and
stop valves, simplifying pipeline layout and saving project investment. With reliable operation and convenient maintenance, it serves as
the core control equipment for water transmission systems with high drop and large differential pressure.
