Flow control valve

This flow control valve restricts fluid flow to a preset maximum volume reliably, maintaining stable flow output unaffected by fluctuating pipeline pressure.
It adopts hydraulic actuation and pilot diaphragm structure. The pilot unit senses differential pressure generated by the orifice plate fitted at the valve downstream end. Slight variations in differential pressure will trigger instant adjustment of the main valve, delivering highly precise flow regulation. Users can easily set target flow rate via adjusting the screw on the pilot assembly.
This complete set comes with orifice plate and mounting bracket, which shall be installed at a position 1 to 5 times the pipe diameter away from the valve outlet. To meet diverse flow regulation demands, each valve size is compatible with multiple orifice plates of different bore sizes. Please refer to the attached specification table for proper selection.

The flow control valve is a fully hydraulic automatic regulating valve. It requires no external power supply or control signals and realizes

fully automatic constant flow regulation relying on pipeline water pressure. It adapts to fluctuating pipeline pressure and water

consumption loads to stabilize pipeline flow and avoid over-flow operation, pipeline impact and equipment overload. It is an

essential energy-saving flow control device for water supply and drainage, water conveyance and industrial circulating water systems.

The valve senses pipeline pressure difference through built-in piston and diaphragm, and automatically adjusts the opening via

a precision throttling structure. It throttles and limits flow when pressure and flow exceed the set value, and opens wider to supplement

flow when pressure is insufficient, maintaining accurate constant flow. Featuring sensitive and stable stepless regulation, it operates

without oscillation and impact, causes no secondary pipeline pressure fluctuation, and provides excellent sealing performance.

This valve features compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, wear resistance, impurity resistance, stable operation and long service life. The control flow can be adjusted on-site to adapt to pipelines of different diameters and pressure

grades. Widely used in municipal water supply, high-rise buildings, water conservancy conveyance and industrial

circulating water systems, it effectively stabilizes system operation, protects pipeline equipment and reduces energy consumption

and failure rates.
