Impulse tubes collect pressure signals from supply and return pipelines. The internal pressure-sensing diaphragm detects differential
pressure and compares it with spring force to adjust the valve plug opening automatically. If the differential pressure exceeds the set
value, the plug closes to increase flow resistance. If it is lower than the set value, the plug opens to reduce resistance.
It dynamically compensates for network pressure fluctuation and the on/off action of terminal thermostatic valves, avoiding hydraulic
disorder and mutual interference among branches.
• Self-operated actuation with no electrical components. Stable and reliable performance; keeps operating during power outages.
• Dynamic pressure stabilization, automatically compensates for pipeline pressure fluctuations and prevents flow competition between branches.
• On-site adjustable differential pressure. Integrated pressure test ports on valve body for easy commissioning and inspection.
• Reduces water flow noise in pipelines and protects terminal equipment including fan coils and radiators.
• Optimizes hydraulic conditions, reduces pump power consumption to realize system energy savings.
• Ductile iron / brass valve body fitted with ageing-resistant EPDM seals, offering good corrosion resistance and long service life.
• Simple structure, low failure rate and minimal routine maintenance.
