The ductile iron bellows globe valve adopts a dual sealing principle of bellows elastic sealing + forced end face sealing, delivering
stable, precise operation and ultimate sealing performance. The handwheel drives the valve stem to lift and lower, moving the
disc vertically along the center line of the valve seat to realize pipeline medium cut-off and opening adjustment. The core sealing component is a stainless steel bellows, precisely welded to the valve stem at one end and
fixed inside the bonnet at the other. The entire lifting movement of the valve stem relies on the elastic expansion and contraction of the
bellows, which completely seals the medium inside the bellows and isolates it from the external stem area.
When the valve opens, the bellows stretches with the movement of the valve stem, separating the disc from the seat for smooth medium
flow and precise regulation of flow rate and pressure. When the valve closes, the disc tightly presses against the valve seat to achieve
end face sealing and block medium circulation. Equipped with graphite packing for auxiliary backup sealing, it forms a double protection
structure. It effectively prevents stem leakage and packing aging failure even under long-term frequent operation. The valve perfectly
adapts to the thermal expansion and contraction of high-temperature steam and can absorb minor pipeline thermaldisplacement
to protect the pipe network system.
Adopting a fully enclosed bellows sealing structure with no packing wear and leakage risks. It fundamentally solves stem
leakage caused by high-temperature steam and corrosive media. With a high sealing grade, it is suitable for clean,
environmental-friendly and explosion-proof working conditions.
Equipped with professional stainless steel bellows and graphite sealing components, the valve can withstand long-term
operation with high-temperature steam and hot water. It resists thermal expansion and contraction, maintaining
stable sealing performance under high temperatures, far superior to traditional packing globe valves.
Made of QT450 ductile iron with excellent toughness, impact resistance and high-pressure resistance. It is crack-proof,
temperature-resistant and corrosionresistant, effectively avoiding fracture and leakage failures common with
ordinary cast iron valves.
It achieves complete medium cut-off with zero internal leakage and accurate opening adjustment to fine-tune pipeline flow and pressure. It delivers outstanding pressure stabilization and throttling effects, meeting refined pipe
network control requirements.
No regular packing replacement is required. The fatigue-resistant and wear-resistant bellows provides a service life
3–5 times longer than ordinary globe valves. Minimal daily maintenance greatly reduces later repair and replacement costs.
Available in multiple calibers and pressure grades with flange connection. It is applicable for various media including steam,
hot water, oil products, air and mildly corrosive fluids, covering civil and industrial application scenarios.
