Flanged single sphere rubber joint

Single‑sphere rubber expansion joint is a commonly‑used flexible connector for piping systems, composed of a rubber sphere and metal flanges. The rubber sphere is integrally formed through high‑temperature and high‑pressure vulcanization, consisting of an inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric reinforcement layer and outer rubber layer. It is fitted with loose‑set carbon‑steel or stainless‑steel flanges. It functions to compensate for pipeline displacement, damp vibration and reduce noise, protect pumps, valves and piping equipment, and prevent pipeline cracking and water leakage caused by thermal expansion & contraction and vibration.

The single-sphere rubber joint is a widely used flexible connection fitting in piping systems. It consists of a high-strength rubber sphere and durable metal loose flanges. The rubber body is integrally vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure,

featuring a three-layer structure including an inner rubber layer, a nylon cord fabric reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer. It

delivers excellent pressure resistance, flexibility and structural stability with stable shape and superior sealing performance.

This product can effectively absorb axial, lateral and angular displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, and greatly reduce vibration and noise generated during the operation of water pumps and mechanical equipment. It buffers the operating
