Universal flange adaptor

Wide range universal flange adaptor is made of ductile iron. One end is standard flange, and the other end is wide tolerance socket structure, composed of body, gland, EPDM rubber gasket and high-strength galvanized bolts. It is used to connect plain-end pipes to flanged valves, water meters and flanged fittings. One single size covers a wide range of pipe outer diameters, compatible with ductile iron pipe, steel pipe, PE, PVC and GRP pipes. It solves on-site problems such as pipe dimensional deviation, mismatched flange standards and inconsistent specifications between old and new pipelines. No welding, fusion or custom special pipe fittings required. Tighten bolts to compress rubber gasket for sealing, with limited axial compensation capacity for quick installation to shorten construction time. The ductile iron body is coated with epoxy coating for anti-corrosion and stable pressure resistance.
