Welding flange

Welded flanges mainly include slip‑on plate flanges and weld neck flanges, forged and processed from carbon steel or stainless steel. They are fixed to pipe ends by welding, and pipeline connection is realized by tightening bolts with sealing gaskets. The slip‑on flange adopts fillet welding after inserting the pipe into the flange inner ring for medium‑low pressure working conditions. The weld neck flange is butt‑welded with the pipe to reduce stress concentration and features better pressure and heat resistance for high‑temperature and high‑pressure pipelines. Various sealing faces such as RF, FF and RTJ are available to meet GB, ASME, DIN and other standards. Firmly jointed with pipes by welding, the bolt‑flange structure facilitates later disassembly and maintenance, widely used in municipal water supply, sewage treatment, chemical, power, gas and other industrial metal piping projects.

neck flanges come with tapered hubs and butt-welded to pipes, reducing stress concentration with excellent pressure and fatigue

resistance, ideal for pipelines with high temperature, high pressure and large temperature fluctuation. Sealing faces like FF, RF and RTJ
